If a boat has multiple engines, can the operator choose to use only one or two of the multiple engines to save fuel by flipping a switch or pressing a button that allows them to do this? Or does a boat with multiple engines have to use all engines no matter what?
This sounds like a math problem or a question on the SAT.
ReplyDeleteOur research shows that a boat with multiple engines only has one ignition that controls all of the engines. Therefore, if you start one engine, all engines turn on. There is not an easy way to use just one engine to save fuel. However, if one engine fails then the remaining engines will continue to work.
